Restrung Records (“we,” “our,” or “us”) strives to provide high-quality digital music products and a smooth purchasing experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Music Sales Are Final

  • All sales of digital music (including downloads, albums, singles, and other audio files) are final and non-refundable

  • Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded

  • This policy is in place because digital content cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical products

 

2. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same digital item more than once

  • Technical Issues: If you experience a verified technical problem that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchase

  • Unauthorized Transactions: If your payment method was used without your consent

In these cases, please contact us at support@restrungrecords.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will review your request. Refunds will be granted at our discretion after investigation. 

 

3. Merchandise and Other Products
This refund policy applies specifically to digital music products. We do not sell any physical merchandise or non-digital music products.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and an announcement will be posted on this site. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
